Strawberry Shortcake October 2006
October 2006 is going to be a Strawberry
Shortcake month with the release of three new video games on the
Nintendo DS, Playstation 2, and Personal Computer. First up on
October 17, 2006 was
Strawberry Shortcake -Strawberryland Games on the
Nintendo DS. This game is rated 'E' for Everyone by the ESRB,
and is selling for MSRP $29.99 US Dollars. Directly from their
press release: "Compete as Strawberry Shortcake and
Blueberry Muffin in three different Strawberryland events: Berry
Boarding down the whip cream slopes of the Sundae Mountains,
Balloon Rise through candy cloud skies of Strawberryland and
Black Liquorice Leap from one end of Punchbowl Pond to the
River. Several levels of difficulty for each mini game make the
game exciting, appropriate and challenging for children of
different ages. Players can take full advantage of the special
Nintendo DS features such as the DS Stylus and the Touch Screen
or even play a two player wireless version of Berry Boarding

Strawberry Shortcake: The Sweet Dreams Game is scheduled to
appear on the Playstation 2 on
October 24, 2006 for
MSRP $29.99 US Dollars, and is rated 'E' for Everyone. Directly

installment of the Strawberry Shortcake adventures recreates the

Her Berry Best Friends is scheduled to appear on the
Personal Computer on October 31, 2006 for MSRP $19.99 US
Dollars, and is rated 'E' for Everyone. Directly from their
press release: "Strawberry Shortcake has lost her scrapbook
with all her memories and tokens of friendship. Join Strawberry
as she starts an adventure where she must successfully help her
friends to collect things again to make a new scrapbook. Ten
different high-quality game scenes provide the background for
the adventures where players collect up to 15 different tokens
for each of the album’s pages. High playability is ensured since
players can return to each of the game scenes to get more
tokens. Three levels of difficulty in most of the game scenes
provide fun for players of different ages while the beautiful
graphics and music make the world of Strawberryland come to
